Map the mess

We come to where the work actually happens and map the manual process nobody ever wrote down — the workarounds, the spreadsheet that runs the floor, the step that only one person knows. Then we scope the smallest meaningful first release, usually 2–3 weeks.

Ship weekly

Working software from the first week, demoed every week. You see progress you can use, and we adjust course while it is still cheap to adjust.

Hand off clean

Clean code, runbooks and training. Your team owns what we built and can extend it without us. We stay available, but you are not dependent on us.
